Bindu Rai is a retired teacher of nearly 35 years of experience. She has been a English and Social Science teacher in St Joseph’s co -ed school Bhopal.
Having done her schooling from Mumbai(St Joseph Convent), Mussoorie (Wynberg Allen) and Kolkata ( Loreto house) she got married in 1980 and settled in the beautiful city of Bhopal.

Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and listening to music . She is also compiling a cookery book to pass down the favourite family recipes to the next generation. Right now she is involved in creating the first Senior Citizen park in Bhopal.

A mother of two grown up daughters and grandmother of a 12 year old grandson, she and her husband like spending time with friends and family.
